The pre launch basic tasks

Clean and Refresh

  • Deep Clean: Thoroughly clean all surfaces, floors, and fixtures.
  • Laundry: Wash and organize all linens, including sheets, towels, and blankets.
  • Dust and Polish: Dust furniture, polish surfaces, and ensure everything is sparkling clean.
  • Remove Personal Touches: Remove any personal items or clutter that may make the space feel less welcoming. 

Address Maintenance

  • Fix Minor Issues:Repair any broken items, leaky faucets, or other minor repairs that need attention.
  • Ensure Safety:Check smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and any safety-related equipment.
  • Update Amenities:Make sure essential amenities like toiletries, kitchen supplies, and Wi-Fi are readily available. 

Furnish and Decorate

  • Choose Comfortable Furniture: Select furniture that is both stylish and comfortable, considering the needs of different types of guests.
  • Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Use lighting, décor, and color schemes to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Provide Essential Amenities:Ensure all guests have access to basic amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and kitchen essentials. 

Prepare for Guests

  •  Create a Guest Guide: Compile a helpful guide with essential information, such as house rules, Wi-Fi access, nearby amenities, and emergency contacts.
  • Prepare for Check-in: Ensure the property is ready for guests to check in and have a smooth experience.
  • Consider Guest Feedback: Actively seek guest feedback and use it to improve the property and service.
