Training pays but if you want tom really get paid you have to one thing. PASS THE CLASS!
Is the exam hard? Kinda!
You'll have 3 turnover trainings then all you have to do is complete 2 supervised turns on your own perfectly and the trainer signs off you PASS!

While training the basic rate is $15.00 per hour. We do look at every situation and in some cases pay a little more. Once you've passed though things get better. We pay based on a percentage of the net revenue per property.
What's that mean?
Usually the larger the property the larger the revenue! The more we make the more you make.
