Training usually is around 2 weeks depending on scheduling. Once your trainer signs off you could be assigned available properties.

While training the basic rate is $15.00 per hour. We do look at every situation and in some cases pay a little more. Once you've passed though things get better. We pay based on a percentage of the net revenue per property.
What's that mean?
Usually the larger the property the larger the revenue! The more we make the more you make.
