The short-term rental industry current operation model is 18 years old. It's unique in that It lacks structure and stability that in other industries would have collapsed. As stated previously this all came to light while our consulting company was assessing the risk of substantially expanding the Premier Property Managent footprint. Our analyists initialy determined our original expansion plans werent advised and normally an exit plan would be recommended. It was suggested that our tenure in the industry, extensive business development experieince and current resources provided us an opportunity.
