  After 30 years and more than 20 businesses, Premier Property Management was never part of the plan. In 2012, a friend’s request to turn years of cleaning experience into a startup began an unexpected journey. Combining our short-term rental industry research with more than 30 years of business development experience, we launched Premier Property Management as “HOME.”

Fourteen years later, we continue to follow the same core business plan. Our growth has outpaced the available labor pool, leading us to scale back so we can maintain consistent quality.
