Family Time
Family time is essential in the short-term rental business. Like any profession, there will be stressful days, but it is easier to manage work stress when you can leave it behind and look forward to relaxing at home. As a Turnover Specialist, the average workday for one property is 2–4 hours, including travel. Projects are scheduled 1–2 months in advance, with some exceptions for last-minute bookings.
